Our bright Aqua one-bedroom apartment features a private balcony.
For your comfort, the bedroom includes a king-size double bed and a bunk bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed (if you are arriving with three or four guests, please notify us at the time of booking so we can prepare it for you or provide the necessary bedding). The use of the sofa bed will replace the bunk bed for the entire duration of your stay.
The apartment is equipped with the following amenities: a large flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a state-of-the-art washer-dryer, a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer, bedding, blankets, towels, toiletries, and Wi-Fi service. One floor above you is the entrance to the large shared sun terrace, available for all guests.
The building's gate and our garage (available upon reservation, subject to availability, at a cost of 10 euros per night) offer security, independence, and privacy.
These are further ensured by the option for self-check-in and the presence of some external security cameras. The pedestrian entrance to the property is through an exclusive entry, separate from the two private residences within the same building.
Our large rooftop sun terrace is equipped with sunbeds, an electric barbecue, and a hot tub (open from mid-May to mid-October), allowing you to enjoy a stay centered around relaxation and tranquility!
We kindly ask guests who have not reserved a parking spot or bike space in the garage, after receiving the keys and unloading their luggage, to please move their car to the large free parking area on Via Italo Marchi, as parking in the courtyard is unfortunately not allowed.
