Welcome to Garda Family & Solarium. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of our website, as well as the booking and stay conditions for our apartments.
2. Definitions
- "Garda Family & Solarium": The brand representing the property and its holiday apartments located in Alto Garda.
- "Guest": The person who makes the booking and/or stays in one of the apartments.
- "Property": The apartments that are part of Garda Family & Solarium.
3. Booking and Payment
- Bookings can be made through the online form available on our website.
- A partial or full advance payment is required at the time of booking.
- The booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Guests may cancel their booking in accordance with the conditions specified during the booking process.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy.
5. Stay Rules
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 09:30 AM.
- Each apartment has a maximum allowed number of guests, which must not be exceeded.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. Pets are only permitted if expressly specified.
- Pets are allowed only if expressly requested and agreed upon, at a cost of €10 per day per pet.
6. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
- Guests must respect the house rules.
7. Rights and Responsibilities of Garda Family & Solarium
- Garda Family & Solarium reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of violation of the Terms and Conditions.
- We are not responsible for force majeure events (e.g., power outages, natural events).
8. Modifications and Cancellations by Garda Family & Solarium
In exceptional cases, we may modify or cancel a booking, trying to provide alternative accommodation or a full refund.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
All personal data provided by guests will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
Garda Family & Solarium is not responsible for any personal injuries, losses, or damages to guests' personal belongings during their stay.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, informing guests of any relevant changes.
12. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court.
